Other daily skin health habits include avoiding the sun. The sun is a culprit in damaging skin cells that may lead to cancer. You can thus use sunscreen for your skin type if you really have to go out in the sun. Wearing sunglasses and a hat is another way of reducing the sun’s impact on the facial skin. Keeping off your fingers from your facial skin prevents germ transfer and scarring caused by the trauma of constant touching.
Exercising daily tones the skin as it improves blood circulation, radiance and complexion. The face can be exercised by distorting it in different directions. Bad habits like smoking and overdrinking of alcohol should be completely avoided. You should form a habit of exfoliating the skin at least once in a week.
