Pectin is one of the best fibres consumed to remove the toxin which are dangerous to our health. The pectin fibre dissolves in water since many foods we eat are stripped of nutrients through refining and process or contaminated with pesticides, fungicides and preservatives .Pectin is the right fibre because it removes heavy metals from the body. Heavy metal toxins are something that affects person with AIDS, cancer and other chronic diseases.
